Literary Values today

Conversations are valuable ways of talking to each other, because they enable people with totally different perspectives to exchange ideas. However a prepared speech to a group of people is entirely different. For a conversation to work well there must be an equal balance of different points of view and some willingness to listen to things that would normally never be considered. It is this heritage and culture that has helped develop modern day politics in civilized democracies today , along with a set of human values, to which government is held to account. Good conversation exchanges include interesting connections between the speakers. The best events are where speakers engage in a field in which they can both relate to some degree, even of their points of view are diametrically opposed.

Conversations can range in topic from the politics of the day to cultural entertaiument such as costumes parties on particular themes such as at www.70s-fancydress.com
